Lilyan is amazing, she is friendly, gentel and a great waxer. Hard wax is less painful than strip wax . I love going to my appointments with her. This location is very conveniently located by the N or W train at the ditmars stop. Prices and promotions are also good. I would recommend visit this location or 30-07 29th st in astoria.

Elastic Wax Center provides an excellent service in a warm, comfortable and hygienic environment by highly skilled estheticians who know what they are doing. They take the pain and awkwardness out of this service. Cristina knows a great deal about how to maintain healthy skin and is a useful and knowledgeable resource. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have gone to their location on 29th Street and 29th Avenue and will definitely return.

I found this place after seeing their promo on business insider. I wanted to find a place that I could stick to, to get my waxing needs. I have been there 5 times so far, and get waxed by Lilyan. She is such a doll and takes her time to make sure the area is hair free. I have also been waxed by the owner Cristina who is also super sweet! Appointments are a must since there is only one waxer at a time. The only thing I wished, is that they were to give you some instruction on skin care post wax (i.e, no exfoliation, etc.)

Love this spot! So clean and easy. Christina is amazing and has assembled a wonderful team. Everyone is super friendly and quick, without pain. I see Lilyan about one a month and she's always on time and gets me out right away. Definitely recommend over the big chains!
